About the Author

Brian A. Dillon is the author of Deep Dark Water Blue, the first book in The Lady in the Blue Blanket series. His fiction explores the psychological weight of guilt, loss, and the quiet forces that pull people under—both literally and figuratively.

After studying developmental psychology in college and beginning work toward a master’s in clinical psychology, he chose a different path—one that led through military service and into entrepreneurship and writing. He continues to study the human condition, drawing on that lifelong interest to shape the tension and interior lives in his stories.

He and his family split their time between their family ranch in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and the white sandy beaches of the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
